The lap pool at Kamalaya overlooks the Gulf of Thailand from a hillside at the southern end of Lamai, with steam caverns and thermal plunge pools set into the rock below. Santiburi's 50-metre pool faces Mae Nam Beach on the north coast, one of Koh Samui's longest stretches of shoreline with calm, swimmable water through most of the year.
