Pool day passes in Santorini let you experience caldera views, infinity pools, and black sand beach clubs without booking a hotel room. Prices range from €25 for a minimum-spend poolside spot in Oia to €160 for a full resort day at a design-led property in Mesaria.
Caldera pools vs beach club pools
Santorini's day pass options split into two distinct categories. The caldera-side spots in Oia, like Lioyerma and Santo Mine, offer dramatic cliff-edge pools with sunset views. On the east coast, beach clubs like Nikki Beach and Barolo Beach pair their pools with Santorini's volcanic black sand shoreline.
If sunset views are the priority, head to Oia. For a full day of swimming, food, and a more relaxed pace, the Monolithos and southern beach clubs are the better pick.
How to book
Most Santorini pool day passes require advance booking, especially during July and August. Santo Mine sells passes directly through their website with set pricing for high and low season. Nikki Beach operates on a day bed rental plus minimum spend model, so contact them directly for current rates.
Lioyerma in Oia is the exception. There's no formal day pass. You order food and drinks to use the pool and sunbeds. Getting a spot at sunset is competitive, so arrive early or make a reservation.
When to visit
Pool season in Santorini runs from late April through October. Shoulder months (April, May, October) offer lower prices and smaller crowds. Santo Mine drops from €95 to €75 per person outside peak season. Mid-summer brings the best weather but also peak pricing and full bookings at every venue.
If you're exploring other Greek islands, Mykonos has a well-established beach club scene with similar day pass options. Crete and Rhodes offer resort pool access at lower price points. For a city base, Athens has rooftop hotel pools with Acropolis views.
