Can non-guests use hotel pools in Tulum?

Where to stay in Tulum
The beach road is where most first-time visitors want to be, a strip of thatched-roof, jungle-meets-sand hotels facing one of the best stretches of coast in the Riviera Maya. La Zebra sits on a swimmable section of beach with a strong restaurant attached, and Be Tulum is the polished, service-heavy option if you want something closer to a conventional luxury hotel.
If you'd rather skip beach-road prices, Aldea Zama is the better base: a paved, bikeable neighbourhood about ten minutes from the sand with good restaurants and easier logistics. NEST Tulum is a tiny, adults-only boutique hotel nearby that suits couples wanting somewhere quiet to return to between beach days.
